Intelligent Labs has developed a robust machine with a precision class of up to 5 µm. The structure is built from steel with high rigidity, which eliminates vibrations and allows milling medium-hard materials at speeds of up to 1 meter/second.

Precision and speed are guaranteed by the roller guides, racks and high-quality gearboxes made in Switzerland.

The machine has an operator panel with a 21″ FANUC PANEL i PRO industrial computer with touchscreen.

The work table is built from aluminum frames with expansion-absorbing systems and has a flatness class under 30 µm across the whole surface.

The machine is meant for processing aluminum, steel, stainless steel and titanium sheet. It also suits large aluminum blocks, with high precision in the finished part.
