What warranty do the machines have?
The machines have a 24-month warranty. During this time, service is guaranteed within 48 hours at most.
Are transport and installation included?
Yes, transport and setup of the machines are free.
How long does it take to build a machine?
Between 2 and 4 months, depending on the machine: 2 months for the RK and BK routers, the Digital Cutter and the PK plasma, 3 months for the FX Series, 4 months for the LK laser and the EPS Injection Machine.
Which machine suits my material?
The FX Series processes aluminum, steel, stainless steel and titanium sheet, as well as large aluminum blocks. The LK laser cuts metals, alloys, plastics and composites. The BK Router Bridge processes polystyrene, MDF, laminated wood and composite material. The Digital Cutter cuts cardboard, plastics and soft wood.
Which controllers do the machines use?
The LK laser and the FX Series use Fanuc 0i Plus controllers.
Can the machines be financed?
Yes. Through our partner GRENKE you get rental with 0% down payment and an answer within 24 hours of the financing request. The LK laser also has direct financing through Intelligent Labs, with a minimum 15% down payment.
What services do you offer besides machines?
Through the Digital Workshop we design and make high-precision molds, complex parts with 5-axis interpolation and sheet metal parts: laser cutting, press brake bending, welding and finishing.
Where is the factory?
The factory and showroom are on Str. Sulfinei, Măgurele, Ilfov county. Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30.
